I've worked for the same bank for 12 years now, gone through 7 different company names and 4 huge layoffs (one of which left me unemployed for about 12 minutes), and from the rumor mill it sounds like the hatchet man is sharpening his blade for the end of this week. [img]frown.gif[/img]
Here's hoping I make it through ANOTHER round of the shit. Maybe one day I'll make it through an equal amount of layoffs and name changes!
The one good thing I have is that I am 100% sure that my boss is NOT coming into town (my boss is in Illinois, I am in Michigan) so unless he's going to send me packing over the phone I SHOULD be OK.
